Sign up for a benefit plan or make changes to one you’re already enrolled in.

Health and wellness

Group health insurance

You’re automatically covered, but if you want to cover dependants, you’ll need to enrol them. You’ll receive an email from UHCP within 15 days of your hire date regarding the enrolment process. If you do not receive the email, please contact the ERC.

You may add dependants at any time during the year if you experience one of the following events:

  • You have a new child—enrol within 45 days from the date of birth.
  • You get married—enrol your new spouse within 45 days from the date of marriage.

Group top up health insurance

Enrol within 15 days from the date of receiving the welcome mailer. Please refer to the tool guide for more assistance with the enrolment process.

Optional critical illness insurance

No enrolment required.

Financial benefits

Employee stock purchase plan

You may enrol in the employee stock purchase plan during one of two open enrolment periods in June or December for the next available offering period.

Group term life

You’re automatically covered, so no enrolment is necessary.

Group top up term life

Enrol within 15 days by contacting kli.groupoperations@kotak.com and using “Voluntary Group Term Life” as your subject line. Learn more.

Group personal accident

No enrolment is necessary; you’re automatically covered—but please log in to the UHCP portal to declare your beneficiary.

Provident Fund

To enrol, complete the Provident Fund declaration form and nomination form, then submit both to your finance helpdesk on your first day at Adobe. Both forms are included in the new hire kit you’ll receive on your first day.
