Annual Enrollment is June 4–21, 2018

Enroll and make changes by 18:00 on Thursday, June 21.

Adobe’s benefits support your wellbeing—so you can be your best at work and at home.

Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year chance to revisit your benefits and make sure they’re still a good fit for you and your family. Once you’ve explored and assessed your options, make your selections. If you are already enrolled and do not wish to make any changes to your existing coverage, no action is required.

Here’s your 2018 Annual Enrollment checklist:

  • Explore what’s new and changing
  • Attend a benefits presentation or set up an individual session
  • Visit My Adobe Benefits to:
    • Review your current benefits
    • Make sure your dependent information—who you cover and their National ID number(s)—are up to date in the system
    • Enroll and make changes by 18:00 on Thursday, June 21

Check out your options before Annual Enrollment ends. Unless noted, all changes are effective July 1, 2018.

What’s new?

Access to private dental care for eligible dependents

Your dependents (spouse/partner and children) will now have access to the same private dental care that you have, through Groupama and MG Medical. You’re responsible for the premium of RON 61.15 for each dependent. It will be taken through monthly payroll deductions.

What’s changing?

Medical plan enhancements

Groupama will continue to be the medical plan provider. Effective 1 July 1, 2018, there will be several enhancements to the plan:

New-hire auto-enrollment

If you’re a newly hired employee, you’ll now be automatically enrolled in the medical plan effective the first day of the month following your hire date. You must add your eligible dependents to your medical plan within 30 days from your hire date or during the next Annual Enrollment period.

Increased reimbursements

Reimbursements will be based on invoices, not on the median price in the Regina Maria Network. In addition, medical expenses outside the network will be reimbursed at 85%, and doctors in the Academic partnership will be covered at 100% (with reimbursement).

Additional medical recovery options

In addition to 20 practitioner sessions per year, you’ll be eligible for 40 physiotherapy procedures, 10 massage procedures and 10 kinetotherapy procedures per year.

Unlimited CT and MRI scans

You’ll have unlimited coverage for CT and MRI scans, based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Additional lab analysis coverage

The limit for lab analyses is increasing from 214 to 313 analyses per year. In addition, the Liquid PAPS test has been added to the defined list of covered services. You’ll receive a 20% discount for the HPV test, and you’ll be reimbursed for 85% of the invoice for lab analysis inside the emergency room.

Changes in coverage for children

The waiting period for hospitalization of dependents has been reduced from 30 to 10 days from the date of birth, with coverage of RON 7,000. The following exclusions apply:

  • Hospitalization for children born prematurely
  • Hospitalization following birth—if the child needs additional hospitalization
  • Hospitalization without medical necessity

Increase to medical and dental plan premiums

The medical and dental plan premiums for 2018–2020 will be increased.

Adobe will continue to pay the entire medical plan premium for you and your dependents, as follows:

  • RON 178.42 per month for you
  • RON 178.42 per month for each dependent on your plan

Adobe will also continue to pay the entire dental plan premium for you. You’re responsible for the premium for your dependents. It will be taken through monthly payroll deductions. The dental plan premiums are as follows:

  • RON 61.15 per month for you
  • RON 61.15 per month for each dependent on your plan (employee-paid)

Lunch voucher enhancements

Effective June 1, 2018, the value of the voucher has increased by 25%, to RON 12 per voucher. In addition, Adobe will provide employees with 18 vouchers per month, less any days that you’re not in the office due to a business trip or leave of absence.
