Financial-related benefits
- Retirement: You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan at a contribution rate of 2.5%

Time off
- Annual leave: 25 days a year pro rata of annual leave depending on how many days you work
- Sick time: Paid sick leave is provided to all Adobe employees in alignment with local laws
- Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away
- Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off
- Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying
Leaves of absence
- Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
- Partner leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave
