Medical

Statutory health insurance

All residents of Switzerland are required to have private medical insurance. Swiss residents are required to arrange and fund this insurance directly with their chosen provider.

Pension plan

All regular employees are automatically enrolled in the mandatory pension plan from the date of hire. To access your account and make voluntary contributions, refer to the pension plan page.

Accident and disability insurance

Adobe provides income replacement for medical disabilities or injuries that result in your being off work for more than 90 continuous days. The cover also includes benefits for medical treatment in some cases, depending on the cause of disability. All regular employees and Adobe-paid temps and interns are automatically enrolled in accident and disability insurance.

Business travel

All regular, Adobe-paid temporary employees and interns are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire. Your membership in the plan will cease on your 65th birthday or if you leave Adobe, whichever event occurs first.

Employee stock purchase plan

You may enrol in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.
