Financial-related benefits
- Retirement: Adobe contributes a flat 3% of base salary up to maximum limits to the direct insurance arrangement with Allianz Life Insurance. You may also voluntarily contribute to a pensionkassen scheme through a salary sacrifice option
- Life insurance: Pays 2 times Total Target Compensation

Time off
- Annual leave: 30 days a year prorated depending on how many days you work
- Sick time: Paid sick leave is provided to all Adobe employees in alignment with local laws
- Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away
- Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off
- Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying
Leaves of absence
- Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
- Partner leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave
