Financial-related benefits

  • Retirement: Adobe contributes a flat 3% of base salary up to maximum limits to the direct insurance arrangement with Allianz Life Insurance. You may also voluntarily contribute to a pensionkassen scheme through a salary sacrifice option

Leaves of absence

  • Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
