The childcare (Kindergarten) reimbursement programme is designed to help employees with costs related to the care of their young children.
What is the benefit?
The reimbursement programme allows eligible employees to receive a tax-free reimbursement of 100% of eligible childcare expenses when the expenses are incurred and submitted for reimbursement.
Any submissions for childcare reimbursement made more than three months after the services have ended, will not be eligible.
The programme reimburses you for the cost of children outside the household, including meals. Other costs associated with education courses or transportation between home and childcare institutions are not eligible under the programme.
Eligibility
All regular employees, Adobe-paid temporary employees and interns are eligible for the benefit.

and - Enrolled in an eligible childcare institution or programme.

FAQs
What if I go on unpaid leave?
For periods where an employee is not entitled to any remuneration (unpaid parental leave, unpaid personal leave) no childcare reimbursements will be paid.
What if I forgot to submit my claim?
We encourage you to submit claims as soon as possible after incurring expenses to ensure a seamless reimbursement process. You will be able to submit a claim for previous months – please note that any past payments will be reimbursed in the first month after submitting the claim, following which any remaining payments will be reimbursed monthly until the end of the contract period.
