Time off
Annual leave: 20 days a year, prorated depending on how many days you work
Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off
Paid sick leave: Provided to all Adobe employees in alignment with local laws
Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away
Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying
Leaves of absence
Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave.
Partner leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave.
Special reasons leave: Adobe offers additional paid time off for certain types of leaves.
