To supplement your national health insurance, Adobe offers private medical insurance through Efes to help take care of your health care needs.
Coverage
Private medical insurance works alongside state care and provides you and your dependents (spouse or partner and unmarried children) access to the private health care sector.
Efes participates with a network of more than 200 partner medical centers in RA and NKR. If you visit a partner center, there’s no need to file a claim. You can also file a claim to be reimbursed if you use your own provider or pay for care yourself.
Please read the Armenia Medical Policy [PDF] English | Armenian for benefit coverage.
Eligibility and enrollment
All regular employees, Adobe-paid temporary employees, and interns are eligible to participate in the private coverage. You may also cover your spouse or domestic partner and unmarried children up to the renewal period that happens after the child turns age 26.
For details on enrollment and adding dependents to your medical plan, visit the Eligibility and enrollment page.
Medical premium cost
There is no cost to you for coverage. Adobe funds the premium for you and your spouse or partner and your children. Note that it is not possible to cover siblings, parents, or other members of the extended family.
