You can enroll yourself or a dependent during the year if you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, or the birth of a baby. To add a dependent, follow the steps above under “How to enroll.”

When coverage takes effect

If you submit your enrollment request before the 17th of the month, your insurance will be effective from the first day of the month following your benefits selections.

Accident, death, and illness insurance

All regular employees and Adobe-paid temporary employees up to age 65 are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire. If an employee is not actively at work, coverage will commence from the day of returning to full-time active employment.
