Adobe automatically provides you with accident, death, and illness insurance through Efes at no cost to you. Coverage provides financial protection for you and your dependents.
Who’s eligible?
Regular employees based in the Republic of Armenia, up to age 65.
Enrollment
Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire provided they are actively at work in their normal occupation. If you are not actively at work, coverage will begin from the day you return to full-time active employment.
Coverage
The insurance policy benefit covers certain conditions, including:
- Death by natural causes or as a result of a personal accident
- Permanent, total, or partial disability as a result of a personal accident
- 11 critical illness conditions covered as outlined in the policy (see link below)
The full benefit amount is a maximum of ֏116 320 000, which is prorated depending on the loss. Insurance policy rules govern benefits in all cases.

Yes. The policy remains active during holiday and parental leave of up to 12 months.

Payment will be made to the Company. Adobe will then make the final payment to you or your beneficiary.
