Medical, dental and vision
On your first day of employment (or within your first week if that’s not feasible), enroll in medical, dental and vision coverage via My Adobe Benefits.
You may also enroll your spouse/domestic partner and children, but you will be asked to provide additional documentation (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate). When asked, you must provide the documents in order to finalize your enrollment. You must complete the entire enrollment process within 30 days from your hire date. Your benefits begin on the first of the month after you enroll.
If, after your initial new hire enrollment, you have certain life events, such as having a baby or getting married, and you wish to enroll your new dependent(s) in medical, dental and vision coverage, you must make changes via My Adobe Benefits within 30 days from your life event date.

Financial and survivor benefits
The Savings Fund is a statutory requirement for our employees based in Mexico, and it’s managed by our payroll team. You and Adobe each contribute 5% of your salary, with a total 10% withheld from each paycheck. The accumulated funds are paid back to you in a lump-sum amount each year in December.
A 30-day Christmas bonus is paid each year, equivalent to an additional one month of base salary.
Life, accident and disability insurance

Be sure to designate your life insurance beneficiaries in My Adobe Benefits.
Important Note: An ink signature and original, hard-copy enrollment form is required to complete your enrollment. Please be sure to print, complete, sign and upload a copy of the form to My Adobe Benefits. Then, ensure the original is sent directly to the Adobe Mexico City office manager. Your life insurance coverage is subject to plan limits and conditions set by the insurance company. When asked, you must provide the documents in order to finalize your enrollment. You must complete the entire enrollment process within 30 days from your hire date.
Employee stock purchase plan
You may enroll in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.
