If you are ill or injured and unable to work, Adobe has benefits to protect you and minimize your financial worries. All regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Disability Insurance.
Cost and coverage
Adobe picks up the cost of this benefit, and pays 24 months of your base salary in one lump sum after your claim has been approved.
How to submit a claim
Complete the following steps:
- Make a claim declaration [PDF]
- Make a definitive payment request [PDF]
- Complete the client ID request [PDF]
You'll also need your employee payroll receipt, employee ID, updated proof of address, your IMSS disability diagnosis, and complete the Beneficiary Designation Form [PDF].
If you are new to Adobe, initiate your benefits enrollment through Workday within your first week of employment, and complete additional forms upon request. Always keep your beneficiaries updated, which you can also do through Workday.
