Adobe provides time off so you can relax and recharge. Please make arrangements with your manager before taking time off.
How much you earn
Full-time employees earn up to 32 days of vacation each year. How much you earn depends on how long you’ve been with Adobe:
- Year 1: 12 days
- Year 2: 14 days
- Year 3: 16 days
- Year 4: 18 days
- Year 5: 20 days
- Years 6–10: 22 days
- Years 11–15: 24 days
- Years 16–20: 26 days
- Years 21–25: 28 days
- Years 26–30: 30 days
- Years 31–35: 32 days
Discuss your planned time off with your manager, then submit your request for vacation days through Workday.
In accordance with Mexican laws, a 25% vacation premium is paid. Allow time for Payroll to process your vacation premium by submitting your vacation request well in advance of starting your vacation (30 days in advance is recommended). You will be paid in the next payroll cycle.

If it’s not possible for you to take these days off due to business-critical obligations, please work with your manager to schedule your time off on another day. If the global wellbeing day falls on a public holiday, we do not offer an alternative day off in lieu.
