Health-related benefits

  • Employee assistance programme (EAP): You get up to 12 free counselling sessions per life issue each year for you and your household members.

  • Thrive Global: Use this wellbeing app to help change behaviours for you and a family member.
  • Wellbeing reimbursement programme: To support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, Adobe will reimburse you up to €576 in 2024 for eligible services and activities.

  • Matching grants: Adobe will match dollar for dollar up to US$10,000 per employee each year to any qualified non-profit organization anywhere in the world.

Financial-related benefits

  • Retirement: All eligible Adobe employees will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan at a contribution rate of 2.5% from their date of hire with the first payment taken from the following month’s pay run.
  • Life insurance: This pays 4 times your annual salary.
  • Employee purchase programme: This programme enables employees to purchase Adobe software at discount prices.

Time off

  • Annual leave: You can have 25 days a year pro rata of annual leave, depending on how many days you work.
  • Sick time: Paid sick leave is provided to all Adobe employees in alignment with local laws.
  • Bereavement leave: You can have up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away.
  • Public holidays and global wellbeing days: These are per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off.
  • Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Take up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying.

Leaves of absence

  • Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave.
  • Partner leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave.
