Financial-related benefits
- Superannuation: Adobe contributes the statutory superannuation guarantee (SG) to an account for you administered by Insignia Financials (the default IOOF superannuation provider). You may also voluntarily contribute superannuation through a salary sacrifice option
- Life & disability insurance: Pays a lump sum of three times annual base salary
- Salary continuance: Pays up to 75% of base salary for up to two years if you are sick or injured, after 30-day waiting period

Time off
- Annual leave: 20 days a year prorated depending on how many days you work
- Sick and carer leave: 10 days a year prorated depending on how many days you work
- Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying
- Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away
- Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off
- Long service leave: Adobe follows the statutory LSL rules across Australia
Leaves of absence
- Primary caregiver parental leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
- Non-primary caregiver parental leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave in either one block of 16 weeks, or two blocks of eight weeks
