Leaves of absence

• Primary caregiver parental leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
• Non-primary caregiver parental leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave in either one block of 16 weeks, or two blocks of eight weeks
