Adobe encourages you to fulfil your civic responsibilities by serving on a jury or by serving as a witness in a civil or criminal court case.

Please inform your manager and the Employee Resource Centre as soon as you receive the jury summons—not on the day you are scheduled to begin your jury duty. You are expected to report to work whenever the court schedule permits.

Adobe may request a copy of your summons or subpoena. If requested, you must provide it immediately.

You will be compensated with your full pay for a regularly scheduled workday, and pay received from the government must be returned to Adobe. Please contact the Employee Resource Centre to arrange the payment set up.
