Sign up for a benefit plan or make changes to one you’re already enrolled in.

Health & wellness

You must make your medical and dental plan choices within 30 days from your hire date or having certain life events, such as having a baby or getting married. You can enroll or make changes via My Adobe Benefits once you start at Adobe. Your benefits begin on the first of the month after you enroll.

You don’t need to enroll in the vision plan because it's a reimbursement program.

Financial benefits & risk

Pension

You’re automatically enrolled in the pension plan at a contribution rate of 2.5% via salary sacrifice.

However, you can choose to increase how much you contribute to the plan via My Adobe Benefits.

Life Assurance

You don’t need to enroll in the Life Assurance plan—you’re automatically covered. However, be sure to nominate your beneficiary in My Adobe Benefits.

Permanent Health Insurance (PHI)

You’re automatically enrolled in the Permanent Health Insurance plan.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

You may enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan during one of two open enrollment periods in June or December for the next available offering period.
