Adobe provides Australia employees with two days of compassionate leave that you may take if a member of your immediate family contracts a life threatening illness or injury. You are eligible for two days of leave per year per eligible occasion, in accordance with the Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines.

You can take compassionate leave with other time-off benefits such as vacation and sick time. Compassionate leave is not an accrued benefit and will not be cashed out if it is not used. 

Speak with your manager if you need to take compassionate leave. You will need to submit your time off through Workday.
