Adobe pays a retirement allowance in accordance with the Labour Standards Law (LSL).
Housing allowance
Adobe pays a housing allowance based on your basic salary and where you are located. The housing allowance above the salary cap will be converted to taxable income for you and paid out along with your monthly salary.
