To celebrate your marriage, Adobe provides up to 10 business days of paid leave. Marriage leave can be used for official wedding ceremonies, receptions, and even honeymoons. To qualify for marriage leave, you must be officially married and use the leave within six months of the wedding date. An employee who gets married before joining Adobe is not eligible.
Request your leave via Workday. Remember to add your spouse’s information in My Adobe Benefits within 30 days of your marriage date, so they can be enrolled in the medical plan through Generali China. The process is as follows:
- Log in to My Adobe Benefits.
- Go to Quick Links > Add Dependent.
- Select Add a dependent.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
