Eligible employees
Regular employees are eligible for benefits. Interns and Adobe-paid temporary employees are also eligible for certain programs.
For insurance benefits, eligible employees must be under age 65, healthy, and actively at work when benefits begin.
There are health exclusions that could prevent coverage from starting and may require a medical exam or records review in order for the insurance company to provide coverage in certain cases. Review the China Employment Insurance Benefits Handbook [PDF] for details.
Eligible dependents
If you are a regular employee, you can enroll your eligible dependents in your health care benefits. Eligible dependents include your spouse under age 65.
Children are also eligible up to age 18, or age 23 if a full-time student.
There are other plans—such as wellbeing reimbursement and outpatient allowance—that dependents can also enjoy.
