Social insurance
All local employees are required and automatically enrolled to contribute toward social insurance. In 2011, Locally Hired Foreigners (LHF) in Beijing and other applicable cities, regardless of age, are also required to contribute toward social insurance.
Medical insurance
Adobe provides comprehensive medical insurance through Generali for employees and their families. There is also a separate medical insurance plan for interns. The premiums are 100% paid for by Adobe through the insurer, Generali China.
You must manually enroll your dependents via My Adobe Benefits. See step-by-step instructions on the dependent enrollment process.
Eligibility
You are eligible for coverage if you are between the ages of 16 and 65. You can cover your spouse under age 65 and children up to 18 years of age; full-time students can remain on the plan until they are 23 years old.
You may cover your spouse and children by enrolling them in benefits on My Adobe Benefits within 60 days from the date of marriage or birth.
