Life insurance provides financial protection for you. Adobe offers life insurance in partnership with Generali China that is 100% paid for by Adobe. All regular employees are eligible.
Life and total permanent disability
Adobe provides life insurance coverage up to 3 times your annual total target compensation plus ¥300,000 in the event of your death. You may be required to provide proof of insurability in order to be eligible for life insurance.
The life insurance policy also includes disability insurance that pays a lump-sum benefit payment if you become disabled or have a terminal illness and cannot perform any occupation.
Accidental death and dismemberment
Depending on the degree of severity, the plan pays anywhere from 10% to 100% of the benefit up to a total amount of 3 times your annual total target compensation plus ¥300,000.
Critical illness insurance
The critical illness insurance policy provides a benefit up to ¥100,000 to you if you become ill with one of the 50 kinds of dread diseases listed in the policy.
