Eligibility

All regular employees, Adobe-paid temporary employees, and interns are eligible to participate in the medical and dental plans. You may also cover your spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 25.

When to enrol

New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to make their benefits selections.

There is an open enrolment period in January each year, when you can update your benefits selections and state whether you wish to have a health check that year.

Changes to benefits selections can also be made during the year within 30 days of experiencing a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, or birth of a baby.

How to enrol

You can join or make changes to the plan via My Adobe Benefits:

  1. Select Benefits Selection.
  2. Select Medical Insurance.
  3. Select the cover you want, providing dependant details if you enrol others in the plan.
  4. Click Add to cart > Checkout > Confirm Selection.

You will receive email confirmation of your choices. If you do not receive a confirmation email please log back in to My Adobe Benefits to ensure that there are no outstanding tasks to complete.

How to add a dependant to the medical plan

Visit My Adobe Benefits to add your dependants. You can also change them at any time while you are employed by Adobe.

  1. Review or add to your list of named dependants by selecting Dependants from the Quick Links drop-down menu.
  2. From the portal home page, select Benefits Selection > Private Medical Plan > View > Select level of cover > Add Dependant.

You will receive email confirmation of your choices. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please log back in to My Adobe Benefits to ensure that there are no outstanding tasks to complete.

When cover takes effect

If you submit your enrolment request before the 20th of the month, your insurance will be effective from the first day of the month following your benefits selection.

Pension plan

Membership is voluntary for all regular paid employees. You must enrol in order to join the pension plan.

To enrol, visit My Adobe Benefits.

  1. Select Benefits Selection > Benefits Enrolment Window.
  2. Select Pension, and complete the required fields.
  3. Optional: Under Dependants and Beneficiaries, enter the percentages of the benefit you would like each dependant to receive.
  4. Click Submit.

You need to define your beneficiaries when you join.

Accident and disability insurance

All regular employees and Adobe-paid temporary employees up to age 70 are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire.

Business travel

All regular, Adobe-paid temporary employees and interns are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire. Your membership in the plan will cease on your 65th birthday or if you leave Adobe, whichever event occurs first.

Employee stock purchase plan

You may enrol in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.
