Life and disability insurance through Generali provides financial protection for you and your dependants.
Who’s eligible?
Regular employees and Adobe-paid temporary employees, up to age 70.
Enrol
You are automatically enrolled in the plan on your date of hire. No confirmation of cover will be sent.
Cover
Your cover is effective from your date of hire and remains active during holiday and parental leave of up to 12 months. Participation in the plan ends upon termination of employment for any reason.

The plan pays a benefit of 3 times your gross annual salary. If you die due to an accident, the benefit is 6 times your gross annual salary.
The lump-sum benefit would be paid directly to your nominated beneficiaries or in line with the rules and the terms and conditions of the policy.

The benefit is 3 times gross annual salary.
There’s no need for you to submit a claim. After three months of a continuous absence, Adobe will submit a claim on your behalf. You’ll need to provide medical evidence and reports as requested by Generali.
Update your beneficiaries
Nominate or update your beneficiaries to ensure that any payment can be made at the required time. You can visit My Adobe Benefits at any time:
- Select your name (in the upper right corner) > Life, Disability and Accident Insurance > Add beneficiary or edit/delete an existing beneficiary.
- Add or edit your beneficiaries, and click Continue.
- Add the percentage, ensuring that the total for all beneficiaries is 100%.
- Click that the information provided is correct, and click Save.
- Download and complete the Life Partner Nomination Form.
- Upload document.
