All regular employees and Adobe-paid temporary employees are eligible to participate in the medical and dental plans. You may also cover your spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 25.

Enrolment is restricted to the open enrolment period, which is held in January each year, or within 30 days from experiencing a qualifying life event.

During the January enrolment window, you must state whether you wish to have a health check that year.

There is no cost to you for cover. Adobe funds the premium for you and your dependants in full. In 2024, the premium is €77,58 per insured per month.

The plan gives you access to private health care for hospitalisation and medical assistance. When you seek treatment through the Adeslas network, there is no charge to you and no claim to file.

If you incur an expense for treatment outside the Adeslas network, you can file a claim for reimbursement. For details, review the Health Insurance Booklet [PDF] (Spanish).

How to submit a claim

Follow these steps to get reimbursed:

1. Complete the Health Insurance Reimbursement form [PDF].
2. Submit medical reports and invoices for treatment and prescriptions, as explained on the form.
3. Submit your claim online at adeslas.es or by mail to Adeslas, P.O. Box 1052, 28108 Madrid.

Once your claim is approved, reimbursements will be paid directly to the bank account you provide on the reimbursement form.
