All regular employees, Adobe-paid temps, and interns are eligible for the programme. 

Your card and an introduction letter will be sent to you at your Adobe office address within the first month of joining Adobe. Activate your card with the instructions in the letter, and start using your benefit.

• The lunch cards are valued at €9 per workday and are loaded at the end of the month. The programme works via the Edenred card (paper vouches are no longer used). This is an automatic benefit that is fully funded by Adobe; you can't opt out of it.
• You can use the Ticket Restaurant card in all establishments that are part of the Ticket Restaurant card network.
• For the month of August, only employees who have been with Adobe for less than two months will receive a lunch card upload.
• All other employees who have been with Adobe for more than two months will not receive an upload to compensate for time off taken during the year. However, because payroll is legally obligated to report lunch vouchers every month, your payslip for August will include a notional displayed amount, even though you are not being deducted for August lunch vouchers.
• If you take a leave of absence for a period longer than one month, the benefit will be suspended and will resume after you return to work.
• If you leave the country and will not be able to use the card, please email adobebenefits@darwin.com, or call +44 (0) 203 435 7877 as soon as possible to alert them. A request will then be sent to the provider to cancel your card.
• If you leave the Company, you will be able to continue to use your card until the funds expire.

Activate your card

You can activate your card via the Edenred España website or by phone at 902 876 880. Either way, have the activation code on your introduction letter handy. To activate via the website:

1. Go to: My account > Activate card.
2. Follow the instructions, enter the activation code, and memorise your PIN.

Monitor your account

Once your account is activated, you can monitor your card activity and sign up for notifications. You can also download the Edenred app to view your account (App Store or Google Play).

If your card is lost or stolen

To cancel the card:

• Call the Edenred helpline at 900 300 333, or
• Log in to the Edenred España website or mobile app.

After you cancel your card, you can log in to My Adobe Benefits and request a replacement. A small replacement card fee of €4 will be deducted from your next salary.
