All regular employees, Adobe-paid temporary employees, and interns are eligible to participate in the programme.

You can use the Ticket Transporte card to purchase single fare or season tickets for yourself for trams, buses, and metro and suburban trains wherever Mastercard is accepted. Refer to the Edenred website for details.

Other things to know

• Salary deductions will be made each month, and uploads will be made to your card on or before the 25th of each month.
• For the month of August, only employees who have been with Adobe for less than two months will receive a lunch card upload. All other employees will not receive an upload to compensate for time off taken during the year.
• If you leave the Company, you can use any remaining balance on your card.
• If you take a leave of absence for a period longer than one month, the benefit will be suspended and will resume after you return to work.
• The card is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Visit My Adobe Benefits to enrol, make changes, or withdraw from the benefit at any time.

1. Go to Benefits Selection> Transport Ticket > Select.
2. Select the value required using the slider > Add to cart.
3. Click Checkout > Confirm Selections.
4. A congratulatory message should pop up if you’ve successfully submitted your selections.

Once your enrolment request is received and approved, your new card, with activation instructions, will be sent to your Adobe office address.

Activate your card

You can activate your card via the Edenred España website or by phone at 902 879 035. Either way, have the activation code on your introduction letter handy. To activate via the website:

1. Go to My account > Activate card.
2. Follow the instructions, enter the activation code, and memorise your PIN.

Monitor your account

Once your account is activated, you can monitor your card activity and sign up for notifications. You can also download the Edenred app to view your account (App Store or Google Play).

If your card stops working at your regular point of sale, you can request a new one. You can also opt out of the programme at any time. To request a new card or opt out, visit My Adobe Benefits.

If your card is lost or stolen

To cancel the card:

• Call the Edenred helpline at 902 879 035, or
• Log in to the Edenred España website or mobile app.

After you cancel your card, you can log in to My Adobe Benefits and request a replacement. A small replacement card fee of €4 will be deducted from your next salary.
