Health-related benefits

Financial-related benefits

  • Retirement: Six months from the hire date, all regular employees will be set up automatically in Adobe’s defined contribution pension plan. The plan is mandatory for all employees after working at Adobe for six months.
  • Life insurance: Pays 2 times Total Target Compensation
  • Lunch benefit programme: Receive lunch card uploads equivalent to 20 lunch vouchers per month, excluding the month of July
  • Employee purchase programme: Enables employees to purchase Adobe software at discount prices

Time off

  • Annual leave: Interns accrue one PTO day per month for the duration of their Adobe internship. Please note that interns do not accrue RTT days
  • Sick time: Paid sick leave is provided to all Adobe employees in alignment with local laws
  • Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away
  • Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off
  • Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying

Leaves of absence

  • Maternity leave: Eligible employees can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave
  • Partner leave: Eligible employees can take up to 16 weeks of paid leave
