Cover is available for all employees ages 16 to 64 and is provided by Adobe through Gan. For details, please see the life and disability insurance overview [PDF] (French).

The plan pays a benefit of 400% of the employee’s annual gross salary up to social security slice C in the event of death or total and permanent disability. This applies to an employee who is single, divorced, or widowed with or without one dependent child, or married or PACS with or without one dependent child.

Death due to accident or total and permanent disability due to accident

An additional 100% of the employee’s annual gross salary up to social security slice C is applicable in the event of death due to accident.
