Lunch benefit programme

The lunch benefit programme is available for all regular employees, Adobe-paid temps, and interns, to assist with the cost of lunch while you are actively at work. Employees can use the lunch card in all establishments that are part of the Ticket Restaurant Card Network.

How the programme works

Adobe subsidizes each lunch by €4.5 per workday for a value of €180 per month, with an employer contribution of 50%. Adobe contributes €90 to the lunch card, and employees contribute €90 through a monthly payroll deduction.

Important note: Cards are uploaded by Edenred at the end of the month, and the payroll deduction is taken in the same month. If you have not received your upload amount by the last working day of the month, email adobebenefits@darwin.com.

Programme highlights

  • All lunch cards will be delivered to the Adobe office.
  • The benefit is available the first month of employment.
  • Employees will receive card uploads equivalent to 20 lunch vouchers per month, excluding the month of July.
  • In order to compensate for time off taken during the year, employees who have been with the Company for more than a year will not receive a lunch card upload at the end of July.
  • If an employee takes a leave of absence for a period longer than one month, the benefit will be suspended and will resume after they return to work.
  • Employees can opt out of the lunch benefit in any given month by visiting the My Adobe Benefits site (powered by Darwin). The change will be processed effective the first of the following month if employees opt out within the first 14 days of the month.
  • Employees may continue to use the lunch card until the funds expire. If an employee leaves the country and is not able to use the card, please email adobebenefits@darwin.com as soon as possible, stating that the lunch card will not be used. A request will then be sent to the provider to cancel your card and process a reimbursement of 50% of your card’s balance in the next payroll cycle.

My card was lost or stolen. What should I do?

Please report your card as lost or stolen, and block it immediately using the Edenred mobile app or through your personal account on the Edenred website, or by calling the Edenred call center at +33 1 78 91 74 10. A new card will be issued for you on the next order, and you will receive the card at the office.
