Regular employees are automatically enrolled in the medical plan with Kyobo Life on the day you join Adobe. Eligible dependents must be manually enrolled via My Adobe Benefits. For step-by-step instructions on this dependent enrollment process, refer to this article from the Support Center.
Financial and survivor benefits
Defined contribution (DC) plan
Regular employees are automatically enrolled in the defined contribution (DC) plan administered by Kyobo Life.
You will receive an email from Kyobo Life within the first four to six weeks after you join Adobe with login details to the Kyobo Life app and information regarding investment choices. You may choose the products you wish to invest in and make these changes directly in the Kyobo Life app.
Life and accidental disability insurance
Regular employees are automatically enrolled in life and accidental disability insurance through the Kyobo Life medical plan.
Business travel
All regular, Adobe-paid temps and interns are automatically enrolled in the plan on the date of hire. Your membership in the plan will cease on your 65th birthday or if you leave Adobe, whichever event occurs first.
Employee stock purchase plan
You may enroll in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.
