To celebrate your marriage, Adobe provides up to five business days of paid leave. Marriage leave can be used for official wedding ceremonies, receptions, and even honeymoons. To qualify for marriage leave, you must be officially married and use the leave within 6 months of the wedding date. An employee who gets married before joining Adobe is not eligible. Request your leave via Workday.
Remember to add your spouse’s information into My Adobe Benefits within 30 days of your marriage date, so they can be enrolled in the medical plan through Kyobo Life. The process is as follows:
- Log in to My Adobe Benefits.
- Go to Quick Links > Add Dependent.
- Select Add a dependent.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
Adobe employees can also take two business days of paid leave if their child is getting married.
Parent’s 60th birthday leave
To commemorate your parents’ (and your parents-in-law’s) significant milestone, you can take one business day per parent to celebrate their 60th birthday. Submit your leave in Workday.
