Adobe provides financial protection for you and your family. Life insurance is provided by Adobe at no cost to you, through Icatu as the insurer.

You are eligible for Adobe’s life insurance benefits as long as you are a regular, full-time employee and have completed the required enrollment steps within 31 days from your date of hire.

Coverage is equal to 36 times your monthly base salary. The life insurance policy also has a provision that covers you in case of a permanent incapacity to work. It provides a total permanent disability lump sum of 36 times your monthly base salary, subject to the limit set by the insurance company.

In the case of an accidental death, the benefit amount is also 36 times your monthly base salary, subject to plan limits set by the insurance company.

If you are new to Adobe, initiate your enrollment through My Adobe Benefits within your first week of employment and complete additional forms upon request. Always keep your beneficiaries updated, which you can also do through My Adobe Benefits.
