Adobe offers time off for various reasons.
Unpaid personal leave
If you want to take time away from Adobe for personal reasons, you may request an unpaid personal leave. The time away must be discussed with and approved by your manager and Employee Experience. If your request for personal leave is granted, you can take from one to three months of unpaid leave (up to 6 months with manager approval).
You’re eligible for this leave if you’ve worked at Adobe for more than 12 months, you’re in good standing with the company, business conditions can accommodate your request, you have exhausted your accrued paid time off balance, and there is no other time off plan you can leverage.
Personal leave is unpaid. Adobe benefits, including AIP bonus targets, will also be impacted. Please refer to the Rewards Impact during an LOA document [PDF].

Blood donation time off
You may take one day each year to donate blood. Request your leave via Workday. Discuss your planned time off with your manager, then submit your request. In Workday, select Time Off and Leaves > Request Time Off. Then, select Blood Donation Leave from the list of choices. Adobe may ask you to provide documentation confirming your need for this type of time off.
Election time off
Take up to two days each year to vote. Discuss your time off needs with your manager, then submit your request via Workday. In Workday, select Time Off and Leaves > Request Time Off. Then, select Election Leave from the list of choices. Adobe may ask you to provide documentation confirming your need for this type of time off.
Marriage leave
Take up to five days off to enjoy and celebrate your marriage! Discuss your time off needs with your manager, then submit your request via Workday. In Workday, select Time Off and Leaves > Request Time Off. Then, select Marriage Leave from the list of choices. You must provide a copy of your marriage certificate to your local payroll representative by emailing latam_ops@adobe.com.
Don’t forget to add your spouse or domestic partner to your health benefits if you wish to cover him or her. Add your spouse via My Adobe Benefits.
Military leave
You are entitled to leave during any period you are required to serve in the military. Submit a request via the Support Center for more information.
