  • Health care: Adobe provides comprehensive medical insurance and an outpatient allowance to support eligible health care expenses for you and your family.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Up to 12 free therapy sessions per person per year, mental wellbeing exercises, and work-life resources.

Financial-related benefits

Time off

  • Annual leave: Up to 20 days of annual leave upon joining, with one additional day accrued each subsequent year. Unused leave will expire on the anniversary date.
  • Public holidays and global wellbeing days: Per the statutory holidays and Adobe-provided days off.
  • Sick and hospitalization leave: Up to 30 days of full pay leave, followed by periods of 70% and 50% pay, as well as unpaid leave, for illnesses or hospitalizations exceeding two weeks.
  • Celebration time off: Up to five days of leave for marriage celebrations and one day of a parent’s 60th birthday.
  • Military service leave: Up to 7 days of paid military service leave per calendar year.
  • Parental leave: 26 weeks of maternity leave and 16 weeks of parental leave.
  • Disaster and Epidemic Time Off (DETO): Up to 20 days off per calendar year to be fully present during a disaster or epidemic. Specific conditions apply; please read the policy in detail before applying.
  • Bereavement leave: Up to 20 days off per calendar year if an immediate family member passes away.
