Personal accident insurance provides financial protection for you and your family in the event of an accident. All full-time permanent employees are eligible. Personal accident insurance is provided by AIA.

The plan makes a lump-sum payment of your sum assured, which is equal to three times your salary in the following cases:

• Your death as the result of an accident
• Your total permanent disablement or dismemberment as the result of an accident

Note: Salary for sales employees = base salary + 100% target commission. Salary for non-sales employees = annual base salary

Adobe pays for 100% of these benefits.
