Sign up for a benefits plan, or make changes to one you’re already enrolled in.

Health and wellness

You will be enrolled automatically in the medical and dental plans with AIA. To check your enrolment and add any dependants, please log in to My Adobe Benefits as part of your first-day activities. Your dependants should be added within 30 days from your start date. It may take up to two weeks for your enrolment to be processed. Your start date will be backdated to the day you joined Adobe as a regular employee.

To submit a claim online and view your e-member card, you will need to complete your registration as a new user on the AIA eBenefits portal . You’ll need your date of birth, mobile phone number, your Adobe email address, Adobe policy number (0000071558), and your NRIC to complete your registration. If you experience a life event, such as having a baby or getting married, after your initial enrolment, and you wish to enrol your new dependant(s) in the medical and dental plans, please log in to My Adobe Benefits and add your new family member within 30 days from the event date.

Financial and survivor benefits

Pension

Adobe will make the contributions to the Central Provident Fund (CPF) as required under Singapore law. No enrolment is required.

If you are not a Singapore permanent resident, Adobe offers a supplemental retirement plan. No enrolment is required.

Life and personal accident insurance

You’re automatically enrolled in life, accidental death and total disability plans on your first day with Adobe. To check your enrolment, please log in to My Adobe Benefits.

Employee stock purchase plan

You may enrol in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.

Nominating or updating beneficiaries

Pension

If you are eligible for CPF, visit the CPF website for details on how to nominate or update a beneficiary.

If you are eligible for the supplemental retirement plan in Singapore, your legal will determines who receives the benefit. Make sure you have a legal will in place. If you have questions, contact Mercer or call the hotline +65 6797 9613, Client ID: 5872.
