Emergency care benefits

When you have an urgent illness or injury, know
where to go for care.
You are covered under the Emergency Outpatient Treatment Benefit.  Coverage includes up to S$3,000 per disability and includes follow up treatment within 30 days of the accident.
 
What do I need to submit a claim?
 
Documents required:
  1. Online inpatient claim form
  2. Original and final tax invoices
  3. Inpatient discharge summary or medical/doctor report 
You are covered under the Emergency Outpatient A&E Treatment (Clinical) Benefit.  Coverage includes up to S$120 per visit, up to 4 visits each year.
 
What do I need to submit a claim?
 
Documents required:
  1. Online outpatient claim form.
  2. Original receipts.
You are covered under the Group Hospital and Surgical (GHS) Benefit.  Coverage includes up to S$28,000, subject to the surgical benefits schedule.
 
What do I need to submit a claim?
 
Documents required:
  1. Online inpatient claim form.
  2. Original and final tax invoices.
  3. Inpatient discharge summary or medical/doctor report.
When submitting hospital claims, attach your scanned receipts/medical reports in the online portal. Then, print the claim summary and mail it along with the original receipt/medical report to AIA.
