Feeling under the weather? Adobe provides up to 14 days of outpatient sick leave for you to rest up and get well. You are entitled to sick leave after working at Adobe for three months.

If you need to take sick time but don't have any available, you may borrow from your vacation leave balance.

Additionally, if a doctor certifies that you need hospitalisation, you may receive up to 60 days of hospitalisation leave. The 60 days of hospitalisation leave includes the 14-day outpatient sick leave entitlement.

For employees who have completed less than 6 months of service with Adobe, your sick and hospitalisation leave is pro-rated in line with the statutory sick leave entitlement in Singapore. Should you have any questions, you can open a case in Support Centre.

Please notify your manager as soon as possible if you need to take sick time.

Adobe’s sick and hospitalisation leave entitlements will be in accordance with the leave entitlement regulations outlined by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) at all times.
