Annual leave and public holidays

Adobe provides time off so you can relax and recharge. Please make arrangements with your manager before taking time off.

Annual leave

A full-time employee earns 20 days of annual leave each year that is accrued on a monthly basis. Adobe encourages you to use your full annual leave each year to rest and rejuvenate.

Schedule your annual leave in advance with your manager, then submit your request through Workday.

Considerations

You may carry over up to 15 days of annual leave each year. Any unused days in excess of 15 as of 1 April will be forfeited.

Annual leave balances are capped at a maximum of 30 days.

If it’s not possible for you to take these days off due to business-critical obligations, please work with your manager to schedule your time off on another day. If the global wellbeing day falls on a public holiday, we do not offer an alternative day off in lieu.
