Learn about the excellent coverage you get from Adobe’s medical, dental and vision plans. Health care is an important part of your rewards, and we want to help you get the most out of it.
All plans are administered through Canada Life, and Adobe pays the monthly premium for these plans.
If you’ve recently moved to Canada from another country, Adobe takes care of you and your eligible dependants through the Welcome Plan [PDF] for 90 days. After that, you should be eligible for provincial coverage, which is the health insurance Canada provides to all residents. You’ll receive an ID card in the mail, and then get reimbursed for your health care expenses.
To complement your provincial care, Adobe’s medical plan features comprehensive benefits that take care of your health care needs. Refer to the Canada Life Booklet [PDF] for detailed medical plan information. From acupuncture and nutritionists to hospital visits and prescription drugs—we’ve got you covered. Coverage includes:
Plan pays: 100% of the covered costs with no deductible for a private room

Director-level or above employees are eligible for the Canada executive health program (EHP) to encourage you to focus on your health and wellbeing.
This optional program is fully funded by Adobe and administered through Canada Life. The EHP provides you with a thorough and complete physical examination on an annual basis, in addition to any provincial benefits or benefits through the Adobe medical insurance plan. Participation in this program is voluntary and not part of any medical insurance plan. If you would like to participate in this program, read the executive health program policy [PDF] for more details.
