Adobe provides time off with pay when you are called to serve on a jury or called as a witness. Since Adobe continues your pay, we recommend that you forfeit back to the municipality the stipend you receive for serving.

You’re eligible for jury duty pay on your first day with Adobe. When you’ve been called to serve notify your manager and keep him or her informed about when you’ll return to work. Employee Experience may request a copy of your summons or subpoena; if they do, you must provide it immediately. There is no impact to your pay and benefits.

Request your time off via Workday. If you’re a non-exempt employee, enter the time away on your time card through Workday.
