The morning commute doesn't have to be a source of stress. The Commuter Program helps you find inexpensive, stress-free and environmentally friendly ways to get to work.

We have different benefits to get you where you’re going, depending on how you like to travel.

Public Transit

You can be reimbursed up to $150/month for an OC Transpo pass or Presto Card. When you receive your pass, complete the Commuter Alternative form [PDF] and send the form and your receipt to


Carpooling is one of the most flexible commute options. Many commuters carpool 2–3 days per week as their work and personal schedules permit. The City of Ottawa and Toronto provide a free service to help find people to carpool with in your area. For more information on this service, please visit or


Ottawa: Employee bicycle racks are available outside and in the underground parking garage on level P1.

Visit the security desk in Tower 1 if you would like a fob to access the side door.

Emergency Ride Home

In a pinch? If you use a commute alternative to get to the Ottawa office, Adobe will arrange for and pay for the cost of a taxi to get you home or to another destination, such as the hospital or a child’s school.

If you need a ride, follow these instructions:

  • Ottawa: Go to the Adobe reception area to request a taxi voucher. Call the cab vendor listed on the voucher to arrange a pick-up time and location.
