Succeed with a personal health coach. If you decide to make health changes in your life, a personal health coach can help. A health coach will work with you to achieve the goals that are important to you—such as quitting smoking, losing weight and improving your fitness.
How to start
After you complete the health risk assessment, you can request a free coach by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide name, contact info, language preference if other than English, preferred contact time(s) and what you would like to discuss with a coach in your email.

As an Adobe employee, you have access to Stanford Health Navigation, which you can contact with questions about any health-related problem or concern—regardless of your location or insurance plan. We want to help you and your immediate family members maintain a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle. We will reimburse you up to CAD $478 in 2019 for gym memberships, bike share memberships, fitness classes, massages, nutritional counseling and much more. Don't get stuck in the same old routine—try a new program on us!
The amount Adobe reimburses you will increase or decrease each year, based on the currency exchange rate with the U.S. dollar. Review the Wellness Reimbursement Program policy [PDF] for more information. All new employees, regardless of hire date, will receive the full annual wellness reimbursement amount.
All expenses must be incurred during the current calendar year, but you have until May 31 of the following year to submit your expenses for reimbursement.

The Headspace app gives you access to short, guided meditation sessions—delivered straight to your phone or browser—that help you manage your stress, sleep better, find your focus, boost your creativity and achieve more balance in your life. It’s meditation made easy—and it’s free to Adobe employees.
To get started:
- Visit Adobe's Headspace page and select "International."
- If you’ve previously created a Headspace account, enter your login information. If you’re new to Headspace, click "sign up for free” to set up your account. Be sure to use your Adobe email when you sign up. You’ll create a unique password that is not associated with your ADOBENET/LDAP password.
- Once you’ve set up your Headspace account, download the Headspace app from the App Store or Google Play.

Eligibility: All regular Adobe employees (including interns) are eligible to participate in the program. Regular employees include full-time and part-time employees who work the minimum hours required to be eligible for benefits.
Onsite massage therapy is offered every other Tuesday from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Appointments can be arranged by contacting reception.
Cost for the service is as follows:
- 90 minutes—$125.00
- 60 minutes—$84.00
- 45 minutes—$69.00
- 30 minutes—$54.00
You can pay by cash, check or email transfer. You can also submit a claim to Great-West Life or get this expense reimbursed under the Wellness Incentive Dollars program.
All employees and interns can enjoy the onsite Wellness Centre after completing the Wellness Centre Enrollment Package [PDF]. A wide-range of classes are offered, such as:

Director-level or above employees are eligible for the Canada Executive Health Program (EHP) to encourage you to focus on your health and wellbeing.
This optional program is fully funded by Adobe and administered through Great-West Life. The EHP provides you with a thorough and complete physical examination on an annual basis, in addition to any provincial benefits or benefits through the Adobe medical insurance plan. Participation in this program is voluntary and not part of any medical insurance plan.
