Health and wellness
To enroll your dependent, you must complete the TJK Dependent Form on your first day of work. This form is available in the Employee Experience office. Once completed, please send the completed form to Employee Experience.
If after your initial enrollment, you have certain life events, such as having a baby or getting married, and you wish to enroll your new dependent(s) in the medical plans, you must complete and return the TJK Dependent Form and send the completed form to Employee Experience.
Financial and survivor benefits
You’re automatically enrolled in the retirement allowance plan (RAP) and defined contribution plan (DC) on your first day with Adobe. No enrollment is required. You may need to refer to the Sompo Japan Starter-kit site for actions required of you if you are a new hire or if you previously participated in a pension plan.
Life and disability insurance
Your Life and Disability benefits begin on the first of the month after you joined Adobe. No enrollment is required.
Employee stock purchase plan
You may enroll in the employee stock purchase plan at any time during the year for the next available offering period.
