Take the time off you need to welcome and bond with the new addition to your family! All regular employees are eligible for parental leave.
Maternity leave
Birth and adoptive mothers receive 26 calendar weeks of paid time off to bond with their new child. Adoptive children must be under 18 years of age for you to receive this benefit.
Paternity leave
Birth and adoptive fathers receive 16 calendar weeks of paid time off to bond with their new child. Adoptive children must be under 18 years of age for you to receive this benefit.
Child care leave
Take an unpaid leave of absence to care for your infant child under age 1. If you are the birth or adoptive mother, you may apply for unpaid child care leave following your maternity leave. If you are the birth or adoptive father, you may apply for unpaid child care leave starting on the date of your child’s birth.
However, if unavoidable circumstances make it necessary for the period of leave to be extended, the company may, upon application by the employee, approve leave of absence until the child reaches two years old.

This benefit is considered a Leave of Absence. Whilst on a Leave of Absence, your benefits (including health insurance and retirement payments), time off (including annual leave accruals), and compensation (for example salary, AIP, commission, and equity) may be impacted.
