Sick leave

Sick leave for yourself

Feeling under the weather? Adobe provides up to 5 paid days of sick leave for you to rest and get well. All regular employees and Adobe paid temps (full time) are eligible for sick time.

Your sick time is prorated if you have less than one year of service:

  • Hired Dec. 1 through March 31: 4 days
  • Hired April 1 through July 31: 3 days
  • Hired Aug. 1 through Nov. 30: 2 days

You may take a half sick day—either in the morning or the afternoon.

Unused days cannot be carried over to following year.

If you need to take sick time, but don't have any available, you may borrow from your annual leave balance.

Please notify your manager as soon as possible if you need to take sick time.

Submit your request through Workday.
