Life insurance provides financial protection for you and your family. Adobe offers life insurance in partnership with Taiju Life (GTL) and Chubb (GPA) Insurance. All regular employees, Adobe paid temps (full time), and interns (over 20 hours per week) are eligible.
Life & Total Permanent Disability (TPD)
A lump sum of ¥30M will be paid to your beneficiary if you die or meet one of the qualified conditions for TPD benefits. Review the Supplemental Insurance Benefits Overview [PDF] to learn more.
Life & Personal Accident Insurance (GPA)
A lump sum of ¥1M will be paid to your beneficiary if you die or meet one of the qualified conditions for GPA benefits. Review the Supplemental Insurance Benefits Overview [PDF] to learn more.
Accidental hospitalization
The plan also provides financial protection in case you are hospitalized due to an accident or injury.
The plan plays ¥15,000 per day for hospitalization from the first day, up to 180 days.
Accidental dismemberment
Depending on the degree of severity, the plan pays anywhere from 100% to 4% of ¥10M-¥4M. Refer to the Appendix in the Supplemental Insurance Benefits Overview [PDF].
Premium
The premium is 100% paid by Adobe.
