Adobe provides special leave to all regular employees and Adobe paid temps (full time), provided you give advance notice to your manager. Qualifying reasons include:
- Special leave approved by the company for an employee who needs medical treatment of an injury or sickness caused by an accident while on duty: the number of days to be approved by the company
- Special leave for proceeding to a transferred post (involving the moving of residence): up to 5 working days
- Any other special leave approved by the company: the number of days deemed necessary by the company
Unused leave cannot be carried forward to the next year. You must discuss the need for a special leave with your manager, and get it approved by your manager before you take off the time.
